Beef Shares

Neverdun Farms is proud to sell Whole, Half, & Quarter Beef Shares of our pasture-raised Angus beef directly to the South Carolina public. We are excited to announce that we are now able to process our own animals in our custom exempt state-inspected processing facility. This has been a two year journey to vertically integrate our business, and we are looking forward to the future of serving our customers high quality product with great customer service. We process each animal humanely, follow necessary sanitation protocols, and only process animals who have been raised and finished for meat. No salvage animals are processed, as well as all meat being single-origin and raised with no added growth hormones or antibiotics.

Wholes & Halves:

Our whole and half beef shares cost $5.35/LB hanging weight. Hanging weight varies from animal to animal, but ranges between 750-850 Lbs for a full animal. Each share will incur a harvesting & waste disposal fee ($200 for Wholes, $100 for Halves)

Processing is completely customizable for Wholes and Halves. Choose from cuts such as Tenderloin Filets, New York Strip Steaks, Sirloin Roasts, Brisket, Ground Beef, Cubed Steak, Stew Beef, Oxtail, and much more. We will help you with the cut sheet if you are unsure of anything or if its the first time you are purchasing a beef share.

For all beef shares, we recommend an investment in a chest freezer for storage of your product. Wholes will yield around 400 Lbs of product, Halves will yield around 200 Lbs.

Once you reserve a share, we will email you a cut sheet to fill out. Turn around time is usually 3 weeks, and customers are required to pick up their shares at this time. Product will be frozen, vacuum sealed, and should remain fresh if kept in a freezer up to two years. When you pick up, your product will be in multiple cardboard boxes that are an easy size to handle and lift.

Quarters & Eighths:

Quarters & Eighths come in standardized cuts and are usually readily available immediately. However, we cannot guarantee this and we will put your name on a waitlist and the wait time will be approximately 3 weeks, unless we state otherwise. These smaller shares are priced at $5.50/LB Hanging Weight, plus a Harvesting/Disposal Fee ($50 Quarters/$25 Eighths.) Quarters and Eighths are great way to get started with bulk beef. Quarters are around 100 Lbs of a variety of cuts. Eighths are usually 50 Lbs. We make sure you get some steaks, roasts, some specialty cuts, and plenty of ground beef.

Ground Beef Bulk Shares: $200

Ground Beef Bulk Shares are approximately 25 Lbs of ground beef in 1 or 2 Lb packages. Our ground beef is delicious- single-origin, triple-ground, and full of flavor. This is a great option for families or people with less freezer space who want plenty of great beef on hand.

Patty Shares: $100

Patty Shares are 10 Lb boxes of ground beef patties, 2 per package. These patties are around 1/3 Lb each. They thaw quickly and are perfect for people who love to grill, meal preppers, or just people who are busy and need something quick and easy! Patties are made with our triple-ground, single-origin, natural ground beef.

Steak Shares: $175

Steak Shares are our most popular product. Who doesn’t love steak?! Because of the demand, and the small amount of steaks out of each animal, we sell out of these very quickly. We maintain a waitlist for those who want to take home a box. These shares are usually about 15 lbs and have a few of each kind of steak.
